The Short Street Bakehouse & Cafe is the public-facing soul of the Short Street Kitchen—home to a rotating crew of trailblazing chefs, bakers, and food innovators. This space is equal parts neighborhood staple and experimental lab. We serve handcrafted breads, moody pastries, nostalgic sweets, and inventive light fare—all paired with barista-driven espresso and mocktails you'll dream about.

CROP COLLECTIVE

Empowering small farmers in the Piedmont Triad by providing essential resources like processing facilities, cold storage, and market access to help them grow and thrive. Through our aggregation services, we bring together produce from multiple small farms, enabling them to collectively meet larger market demands, access wholesale opportunities, and reduce costs.

This collaborative approach ensures that even the smallest producers can compete in larger markets while maintaining their independence.
